I completed the PS2 version sometime ago, and used this process to get ALL the pink slips, I have read on some forums that the 360 works the same way, Im going to try it out when my Rental comes, but if anyone else wants to try, this was the method, it is random, but not as much as you think (providing the 360 version works same way as PS2).
